Breathable plastic runway

The compound structure approved by IAAF is adopted for the runway. The upper layer is made of PU particles or EPDM colored particles, the water permeable polyurethane seal is used, and the lower layer is made of mechanical construction cushion. In the runway series, it is the only pavement material with water seepage function. It is one of the mainstream products of plastic runway surface at present.

Product specification: thickness; The thickness of the runway area must be within 13MM ± 2MM, and no part of the runway shall be less than 9MM. The thickening area (such as pole vault, javelin, long jump runway, high jump thickening area) should be more than 18MM. The thickness of auxiliary area should be more than 9MM.

Applicable scenes: all types of schools and stadiums, track and field tracks, semicircle areas, auxiliary areas, national fitness paths, and playground roads are paved.

Construction process:

1. Deliver each component quantitatively to the construction site according to the formula requirements;

2. Primer: the roller is paved with adhesive and appropriate diluent;

3. Mixing: add the PU runway adhesive and EPDM particles into the special mechanical mixer according to the correct proportion, fully mix them evenly, and then use the special equipment to pour the materials into the paving area;

4.10MM runway base course paving: During the base course construction, the technicians shall evenly rake the base material according to the design thickness, and then use the special paver that has adjusted the stainless steel strip temperature pressing plate to mechanically pave. The mechanical paving speed shall be uniform and slow, and the paving speed shall not be changed in the middle. 5.3mm runway surface layer: after the rubber elastic layer has dried to the construction time, all kinds of materials such as EPDM fine particles, EPDM fine powder, PU color paste and PU special glue are mixed evenly, and the runway surface layer thickness is about 3MM, which is sprayed by vertical and horizontal spraying method using a German imported spraying machine;

6. After the measurement is correct, use special paint to draw lines;

matters needing attention:

1. The primer does not penetrate completely or the usage is not up to the requirements, which is easy to cause delamination;

2. When the proportion of particles in the bottom layer is incorrect, it is easy to cause loose molding, no bonding strength, and particle loss;

3. The surface is not coated with adhesive powder, and the amount used is too small. If the proportion is not in accordance with the specified proportion, there will be grain loss due to insufficient bonding strength;

4. Unqualified or too much thinner is added during construction, which is easy to cause particle loss.
